You Matter

you matter even when you wonder what the point of all of this is.
i believe it’s more important, more valuable to be real rather than positive, or even kind. being said, there’s always a way to add a positive spin & there is always the opportunity to choose your words & actions wisely. in a way that alleviates suffering. or at least doesn’t add to it unnecessarily. the pause is necessary. & so are we.
that’s not the point. you are.
